Work Readiness Day for Young Apprentices

Young Apprentices in Construction at Gainsborough College benefitted from a ‘Work Readiness’ event lead by the Gelder Group on Tuesday 07 February which offered guidance to prepare them further for the world of work! Top of the list was CV writing tips and interview techniques, plus discussions around the variety of job opportunities within the Construction trades. “The activities went down well and the group worked really well together – we hope it provided helpful information and advice for them,” says Clare Hindley of Gelders, ” We look forward to having some of the apprentices come and complete some work experience with us too.”
