Who should train?

The BIT courses are designed for those who have a role in developing and supporting business effi ciency. They are suitable for all staff within an organisation from the shop fl oor to senior managers, supervisors and team leaders Unlike other NVQ qualifications offered to individuals, this award is aimed at whole organisation take-up. Applying Lean techniques can lead to improvements in quality, cost and delivery.
