Course Description
An opportunity for learners to experience and gain at level 2 the practical workshop knowledge required within the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and to support the EAL Diploma.
The programme consists of a range of practical engineering units, which support an Industrial Engineering environment
Sample Units
• Engineering Drawing using CAD
• Assembling and Testing Electronic Circuits
Entry Requirements
Satisfactory completion of the EAL Diploma in Engineering & Technology.
Progression & Assessment
Practical tests and class tests.
Duration & Location
17 weeks (3 days a week)
Fees
If you are under 19 on 31 August in the year when your programme begins and study more than 12.5 hours per week, you will be entitled to free tuition and no examination fee wherever you live provided you are a European Community National. Please ask our Guidance Services for details.
