Many international students come to Lincoln College to study A level programmes which enable them to progress to university. Students choose from 2 to 4 A-level subjects from a wide selection and also study English language to the IELTS standard required for higher education.

Entry requirements
- Age 16 or above
- IELTS 5.0 (exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances), PTE Academic 38, TOEFL iBT 40-44 (or equivalent)
- Successful completion of junior secondary school education or five GCSE passes at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Duration
The A level course lasts for 2 years
Year 1 - AS
Year 2 - A2
36 weeks of tuition per academic year
5 hours per week per subject (3 hours per week for Further Mathematics)
