 Success Story

Fiona Fan is from China. She studied A Levels at Lincoln College from 2007-2009 and achieved 4 As in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Accounting. She also obtained IELTS 7.0. She is now reading Maths and Statistics for Finance at Imperial College, London. She said:

“I’d like to recommend Lincoln College strongly, because this is the place where you can focus on your studies and also you can get support you need. As a beautiful small city, Lincoln is an ideal place for study. I was really satisfied with my academic programme there as there were not only my required courses that I enjoyed, but also a lot of room for me to take other courses that I was interested in.
Lincoln College has such a strong welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the International team. They tried to balance everything so we won’t feel stressed out, like going on trips and helping us find host families to make it easier to get adapted to the life here.
The choice of studying away from home at Lincoln College wasn’t an easy one to make but it turned out to be the right one”.
