Customer Charter

You can expect us to provide

  • An excellent customer service
  • Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff
  • Well designed Learning Centres providing a safe learning environment with a range of study areas and facilities
  • Equality of access to our facilities, services and resources through our Learning Centres and Moodle pages
  • Easy access to relevant learning resources
  • Careers information and resources to assist you in your progression into employment, further study and higher education
  • Information and support to help you use the centres and resources effectively

We expect you to

  • Follow the Learning Centre rules on display in each Learning Centre

Your comments

  • Feedback cards and a 'Comments and Complaints Book' are available in all our Learning Centres
  • You can also provide us with comments in person, by phone or email
  • We will respond to any feedback, comments or complaints within 10 term-time days
  • We will attempt to resolve any complaints informally
  • If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the Lincoln College Customer Complaints and Grievance Procedure is available for all students on Stoodle
