We expect you to
- Follow the Learning Centre rules on display in each Learning Centre
Your comments
- Feedback cards and a 'Comments and Complaints Book' are available in all our Learning Centres
- You can also provide us with comments in person, by phone or email
- We will respond to any feedback, comments or complaints within 10 term-time days
- We will attempt to resolve any complaints informally
- If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the Lincoln College Customer Complaints and Grievance Procedure is available for all students on Stoodle
