Students Ben Hall, Joe Pearson and Tom Hitchen were all nominated for their significant achievements throughout their Electrical Installation level 2 course.

They each received a certificate, engraved trophy and voucher. Ben Hall, 17, achieved first place due to his credit and distinction grades in his units and he was “head and shoulders above the rest” His tutor, Graham Smith commented. Unfortunately he has yet to find work experience now that the course has come to a finish.

Joe Pearson, 16, was awarded not only because of his grades but he also wanted work experience and managed to secure an excellent placement with DIS Electrical by himself.

Tom Hitchen, 17, was also a hard worker and enthusiastic student; he passed all his units and has secured an apprenticeship with LEC Electrical.
