Dan Connolly, who is studying for the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at Newark College has won the young artist category in a national competition.
A team of staff from Lincoln College are taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge to raise money for the Pink Ribbon Campaign.
Sandie Webster of Gainsborough won the regional heat of SkillBuild, the UK’s largest multi-trade competition, which took place at Vision West Nottingham College on 23 April.
Apprentices celebrated at Awards Ceremony
Lincoln College Student Lewis Roberts has won the East Anglia Heat of the Dulux Decorator Centres’ 2013 Apprentice of the Year competition, putting him in the top nine nationally and giving him a place in the final.
