Information for applicants to a post within a subsidiary company of Lincoln College

Lincoln College is in a transitional period in which it is providing its support operations and commercial activities through a new corporate structure. This change is necessary to drive up the standard of its support services and to improve the overall efficiency of its services.

In your application for employment, it is important that you understand it is to join Corporate Support Solutions which is a subsidiary company of Lincoln College noting that the terms and conditions are very different to those enjoyed by Lincoln College employees.

Lincoln College employees have terms and conditions protected that are very favourable and include, for example, very generous annual leave and sickness entitlements and access to the local government and teacher’s pension schemes. These conditions will only remain in future for teaching staff who will continue to be employed directly by Lincoln College.
