AS Law is an exciting subject which will allow you to explore how the English Legal System operates. You will learn about the role Solicitors, Barristers, Judges, Juries, and Magistrates play as well as the routes to becoming one. You will get to study both civil and criminal law by examining cases and applying your knowledge to scenarios.

You’ll need five GCSEs (minimum grade Four/C) which must include English Language and Maths with English Language at grade Five or above and History or Religious Studies at grade Five or above or a similar written subject at grade Five or above.

Assessment: Assessment is by written examinations.
Progression: You could progress to Higher Education.
