This is a course for beginners with a focus on using mindfulness and meditation to improve your mental wellbeing.
The course will look at exercises that will help build mindfulness in different ways and teach you relaxation techniques.
Learn about various methods of meditation and different breathing techniques.
No formal entry requirements
You must be aged 19+ the previous August
Resident in the UK/EU for 3 years or longer
There is no formal assessment and no exams
This course runs for 2 hours per week for 4 weeks.
