Apprentice Customer Service Administrator - Praxair

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Apprentice to safely provide administrative support to our Customer Service Team

£187.50 per week

Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Apprentice to safely provide administrative support to our Customer Service Team

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Contribute towards safety, quality and continuous improvement activities

• Assist in the effective liaison, support and assistance between customer services and internal and external stakeholders

• To include but not limited to , data entry, filing, customer communication for deliveries and dispatches and changes to schedules

• Purchasing and generation of orders including supplier’s communication.

• General administration duties for Engineering and Quality teams & Health & Safety Co-ordinator.


Skills Required

Must have the following skills:

• Able to work as a team

• Able to work on own initiative

• Good communicator (both written and verbal)


Qualifications Required

GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade A/9 to C/4


Personal Qualities Required

Must have the following attributes:

• Well presented

• Professional manner
