We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice. You will be part of the Trade Counter team, initially supporting the Trade Counter Manager in the smooth running of the Trade & Retail Counter – serving customers and colleagues.

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice. You will be part of the Trade Counter team, initially supporting the Trade Counter Manager in the smooth running of the Trade & Retail Counter – serving customers and colleagues.

The full-time role is shop based and will require good communications skills within your team and with customers.  You will be working in a busy retail store and will be trained in all aspects of key cutting, lock repair and general bench work.

  • Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Developing an understanding of stock management.
  • Using knowledge to promote products to customers
  • Developing an understanding of merchandising
  • Learning about the business and focus on maintaining the brand reputation with new & existing customers

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
