What Will the Apprentice Be Doing?
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- General Administration duties.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries.
- Process Web orders and respond to queries and general enquiries accurately.
- Assist with updating and maintaining the OrderWise customer and prospect database.
- Respond to, enter, and follow up sales orders and enquiries using appropriate methods. Use customer activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate methods. Use ethical sales methods, quotations, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, customer, and satisfaction.
- Assist with customer collections and assist all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process the invoices for despatch and shipping to completion.
- Ensure that the filing systems are kept up to date, ensuring information can be found and referred to with ease and speed.

What Training Will the Apprentice Take and What Qualification Will the Apprentice Get at the End?
The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Business Adminstrator Level 3.
Training will take place in the workplace with regualar visits from an assigned assessor.
What is the Expected Career Progression After this Apprenticeship?
Full Time Employment and progression within the Business Development Team.
