Understanding and resolving customers’ needs accurately

Quick Order processing from multiple inbound channels

Adding onto orders to increase their value

Monitoring progress of current orders to meet customers expected promised dates

Quoting and handling customer enquiries

Product sourcing for customer requirements

Following up quotes

Questions from customers resolved to their expectations

Qualms from customers on orders and deliveries resolved to their satisfaction

Outbound customer service calls to check satisfaction

Sales support tasks as assigned

Capturing inbound new leads


Skills Required

PC literate

Great communications Skills

Good telephone manner


Qualifications Required

Maths and English at level 4/C grade or higher or equivalent 

IT qualification e.g. ECDL


Personal Qualities Required

Professional

Presentable

Happy to speak to customers over the phone

Personal and helpful manner
