Customer Service Apprentice - HII COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED

As Support and Provisioning Apprentice you will be responsible for the on-boarding of customers and the on-going support they will require. This includes placing orders, diagnosing and raising faults and responding to customer queries.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Placing orders for SIP, broadband and number porting
  • Answering incoming calls as first line customer support
  • Managing customer information on our CRM system
  • Diagnosing faults with customer equipment / services
  • General admin of customer files
  • Assisting our engineer with on-site customer installations

Skills Required

  • IT literate
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good time management
  • Efficient organisation and time management

Qualifications Required

English and maths grade C or above required (or the equivalent). ICT grade C or above preferable.


Personal Qualities Required

  • Punctual
  • Presentable
