What Will the Apprentice Be Doing?

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Welcome clients to our showroom
- Build relationship with clients
- Design bathrooms, cloakrooms, en-suites, and wet rooms on our high graphics desktops and software.
- Find Innovative and creative ways to market our brand on social media platforms.
- Follow up all generated leads in our pipeline.
- Complete administrative tasks to keep your projects organised.
- Market the business through social media and other platforms.
What Training Will the Apprentice Take and What Qualification Will the Apprentice Get at the End?
The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service Specialist Level 3.
Training will take place in the workplace with regular visits from their assigned assessor.
What is the Expected Career Progression After this Apprenticeship?
Permanent employment is expected following successful completion of the qualification.

It is desirable that the candidate has access to their own transport and lives within 30 minutes of the showroom. Team bonding days. Range of training and development to help you progress your career. Every Sunday off. All bank holidays are off for the whole team. Private 121 sessions with a coach to help with self-development.
