Wether you are about to leave school. have been working in your job for years, or are looking to start a new career, an apprenticeship could be the perfect option for you!
Apprentices aged 16-18 are eligible for free training.
For those aged 19+, the employer is expected to contribute towards the cost of your training.
Apprenticeships have been traditional in areas such as construction, hairdressing and engineering; but did you know that you can also be an apprentice dental nurse? Or do an apprenticeships in retail or customer service?
You may be required to attend college from time to time for your studies on a day or block release basis.
This will vary, but some apprentices come into college one day per week.
