Don’t panic - we still have places available

It’s really not too late to apply for the course you want at Lincoln, Gainsborough and Newark Colleges. You may have already started at sixth-form or another college and it’s not quite working out for you, that’s ok, you can leave and enrol with us. Just click on the college you’re interested in below to find out more about our late enrolment.

Our courses are flexible and we will lay on extra support for late starters so you won’t be at a disadvantage.

Life with us is very different to school and many other colleges. It’s more like a university where you’ll be respected as an adult and have more freedom to manage your studies.

You’ll have great training and leisure facilities, study in the heart of Lincoln, Newark or Gainsborough and be taught by industry experts. You’ll have tutorials to keep you on track and plan out your career and you’ll go on industry placements to prepare you for work.

Whatever exam results you have, we will find you a course. 

We will be recruiting throughout September so you have time to make the right decision.

All you need to do is pop into our Lincoln campus main reception, on Monks Road, Lincoln anytime between 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday or between 9am-4:30pm on a Friday where we will arrange for you to have an interview with a tutor.

Please bring a copy of your exam results and a form of ID, including: birth certificate, passport, driving license, national insurance card, bank debit/credit card. 

19+ ONLY:
If you have been advised that your course is subject to fees, you will need to bring the following:

  • Payment for the course ie, cash, credit/debit card or a letter from your employer confirming they are paying your fee
  • Any further information relating to an Advanced learner Loan application
  • If applying for an HE course, any information relating to your student finance from Student Finance England
  • If you are applying for fee remission (subject to eligibility) please bring evidence of any of the following: Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support, Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, Working Tax Credit (household income must be below £16,190), universal credit.
  • If your course is in excess of £200 and studied for 24 weeks or more (2 full terms) you may be eligible to pay fees by instalments. If you wish to do this, please bring bank details and first instalment (eligible courses, terms and conditions apply)

During this event you will be interviewed by a tutor and receive an offer of a college place. If it is not possible to offer you a place on your course of choice, we will book an independent careers advice appointment for you.
