Policing College Level 3

If you want to pursue a career in Policing then this is the perfect place to start. This Policing College Study Programme has been designed alongside Lincolnshire Police and G4S Policing Services to provide the opportunity for graduates to progress in to roles such as Emergency Call Handlers, IT Support Workers, Business Administrators, Custody and Detention Officers and then become the Police Constables of the future. You will achieve a three A-Level equivalent qualification in Protective Services tailored to Policing. This vocational Study Programme will prepare you for progression straight in to employment, on to apprenticeships with Lincolnshire Police and G4S, or directly on to a BA (Hons) Professional Policing programme. This programme will provide you with the underpinning skills, knowledge and behaviours to start a successful career in Policing, through a guranteed interview opportunity. During this programme you will get unprecedented access to policng environments, expert speakers and real-life training exercises.

You will need 4 GCSEs at Level 4 and above or equivalent, to include 1 from English Language or Mathematics; or successful progression from the Level 2 Policing programme with English Language or Mathematics at level 4 or above. You will be required to attend a Welcome Day where you will need to demonstrate a specific and sustained interest and motivation for a career in policing; and an ability to cope with a programme of physical activity.
