Taking Teaching Further (TTF) Roles

The Lincoln College Group is a place where exceptional, remarkable, astonishing and amazing people come together with the aim of achieving extraordinary things.  We are passionate about delivering our everyday work to the very highest standard time and time again – always looking for innovative and ingenious ways to problem solve and improve along the way.

We are therefore proud to be a part of the Taking Teaching Further (TTF) programme, which is a national initiative to attract experienced industry professionals with expert technical knowledge and skills to work in Further Education.

If you'd like the chance to make a difference and pass on your skills and experience to young people who are eager to learn the trade from experts, then please contact us today.

The Taking Teaching Further programme is a national initiative to attract experienced industry professionals with expert technical knowledge and skills to work in Further Education (FE).

This Department for Education-funded initiative is managed on its behalf by the Education and Training Foundation who also played a key role in the programme’s development. It was launched in June 2018 with three rounds of funding having been successfully completed between 2018 and 2021.

The TTF scheme helps to bring experienced industry professionals into our FE classrooms by helping providers to support those skilled professionals with the training that they require to become FE teachers. Would you like to inspire the next generation and provide our students with the skills they need to unleash their full potential, whilst receiving the support to train in something new and work towards your own career goals and aspirations?
