The ceremony held at RAF Cranwell College Hall saw students from Lincoln College, College of West Anglia and New College Stamford graduate as they look to move on to careers within the RAF and wider aerospace industry.
52 of the graduates were from Lincoln College with 17 currently engaged in the recruitment process for the Royal Air Force.
Group Captain Paul McClurg said: “RAF College Cranwell continues to support the Air & Defence College concept at Lincoln College, College of West Anglia and New College Stamford through unique enrichment opportunities.
The graduation at the iconic College Hall Officers Mess at RAF College Cranwell, is a fitting recognition of the effort that all of the students have put into their respective courses over the last year.
We wish all of the students every success in their future careers.
Best Female winner from Lincoln College Chaya Hill said: “It feels amazing to have won the best female award.
“The College and this course has given me so much more confidence in myself and my abilities and has made me realise that I want to join the RAF in the next three years as a chef.
“In the meantime I'm going to continue my studies at the Air & Defence College to further develop myself and my vocational skills.”
Mark Locking Managing Director for Education and Training Delivery at Lincoln College said: “Seeing our students develop and succeed in their studies and even more importantly, securing careers that will excite them, stimulate them and provide for their families throughout their lives, is hugely rewarding for me and all of my staff.
“The Air and Defence College is going from strength to strength, with new provision due to open on Newark in September and new centres at New College Stamford and the College of West Anglia already established.
“I’d like to thank all of the companies that contribute to this highly effective and innovative training movement. We’re already looking forward to meeting next year’s intake of students.”
Lincoln College Group will also be expanding their A&DC programme to their Newark site which comes as part of the Group’s strategy to continue to develop and grow Newark College to better meet the needs of local and regional employers.
