The Expo showcases everything the Newark area has to offer in terms of careers, training and education.
The event, curated by Newark and Sherwood District Council alongside The Lincoln College Group and the Newark Advertiser, enables local businesses and education providers to meet and engage with their future workforce and students.
The College showcased practical and engaging challenges for students to take part in - from car wheel changing to hairdressing skills and learning how to lay bricks.
Schools Liaison Officer, Rebecca Wilson said: “Getting out and about in the local community is so important to us as a college.
“It’s been a great day showing future school leavers and prospective students what we have to offer, from technical training and Career Degrees to A-levels and apprenticeships, there’s something for everyone.
“I now hope to follow-up from the event with schools that have attended and organise sessions with them internally - on a smaller scale.”
