Three students on apprenticeships with Lincoln College graduated at the ceremony that took place on Tuesday.
The awards held by the Talent Academy celebrate the successes of apprentices from throughout the health and care industry in Lincolnshire.
Chloe Newham and Sean Grady from Lincolnshire Community Health Services (LCHS) both accepted awards for completing their AAT Level 2 Apprenticeships with the College.
Sarah Jones from Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust (LFPT) also received her certification for passing her Level 3 Leadership & Management qualification.
Maz Fosh, Chair of Lincolnshire Local Workforce Action Board and CEO of LCHS said: “It’s so important that we nurture and develop our talent in Lincolnshire.
“We have a lot to do and that’s why in Lincolnshire we’ve invested in apprenticeships.
“We’ve got the right ingredients; apprenticeships are a key element of our strategic intensions. For you in the room today my vision is that this room won’t be big enough in the future – and that’s where we need to get to and make sure we absolutely maximise our apprenticeship levy.
