The College was recognised for the significant social and economic value it adds to communities in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
Judges praised Lincoln College for the UK commercial and international work it does to generate additional income to invest in employer-led education and training across the county.
This investment has enabled the creation two Care Colleges, A Policing College, an Air & Defence College, a Construction College and an International Air & Space Training Institute.
The award also recognised the resilience and innovation of the College throughout the pandemic, ensuring education and training could continue for its learners.
Lincoln College Group CEO Gary Headland said: “I am absolutely delighted that the work of governors and staff has been recognised with this award.
“The contribution of all of our teams across the organisation in the UK and internationally has contributed massively to our success during an exceptionally difficult time.
“I think of our organisation more as an extended family than as work colleagues and I have nothing but admiration for the hard work, dedication and commitment of our governors and staff in service of our communities.”
