HR Management Students Celebrate 100% Pass Rate

June 30 2016

Students on the CIPD course are looking forward to exciting careers after the whole class pass their Level 5 course.

The students were invited to receive their results at Lincoln College where they celebrated their success. Many students have secured new jobs and promotions since starting the highly regarded course and are looking forward to rewarding careers in Human Resources.

Georgia Pinchbeck, HR Assistant at Albert Bartlett Ltd near Boston, enjoyed the course; she said:

“It has been great to meet some fantastic people who I will be friends with for life; the course has developed my confidence in my ability to deal with issues in the workplace and I have a much greater understanding of topics such as Employment Law.

“This course has helped me significantly and I am now six weeks into my new job; I definitely recommend it for those who want to progress in Human Resources.”

Donna Hargreaves is delighted to have passed and is enjoying her new role as Global HR Executive for Benoy, a multi-award winning international Architecture, Interior and Graphic Design Studio. She said:

“I initially studied CIPD Level 3 which gave me a good knowledge of the fundamentals of HR, Level 5 study focuses more on the strategic management aspects of HR which has given me the confidence and credibility I need for my new management role.

“This course has given me the essential knowledge I need to develop my career and I hope to go on to study it at Masters degree level in the future.”

Reece Ackerman, HR Advisor at Penguin Random House Publisher and Distributor, said:

“When I started this course I was a HR assistant for SERCO, which was a great starting point but was much more admin based. My new role involves much more responsibility and management, so it opens up lots of opportunities.

“The course has really opened my eyes to all of the different aspects of Human Resources, there’s lots more to the role than many people perceive.”
