So far Sally has raised over £1,500 with donations still coming.
Sally said: “It feels great to have done this for such a good cause – we’ve raised do much so far, with more on its way.
The support from Band of Builders and Paul, my tutor, promotion-wise has been amazing. Thanks so much to everyone that’s supported and donated along the way.”
Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer Paul Barnes said: “Sally is a very kind and caring person and completing this challenge is not an easy thing to do.
“The money she has raised will be used by Band of Builders on projects and will positively impact and improve another person’s quality of life that ordinarily would not have had the opportunity.
“I'm so proud of her she always goes the extra mile, she is a very driven lady. Well done Sally.”
Founder of Band of Builders Addam Smith said: “A massive thanks for the College’s support, we really couldn’t do the things we do without people and businesses like you.
“It’s a massive privilege for us to be associated with Lincoln College and we endeavour to move forward and carry on helping you where we can.
“Sally has been so brave and we’re so grateful – if we didn’t have people like her in this world Band of Builders just wouldn’t exist.”
