The Drill caters to a casual dining experience giving students versatility and adaptability skills, whilst the Old Bakery is a fine dining restaurant extending professionalism and workplace behaviours.
Our newly renovated onsite restaurant Sessions is fantastic at the start of the student learner journey, with barista and mixology training areas and a chef suite. We are delighted to extend our offering with our new T Level qualifications, which set the standard for industry-focused education.

Alumni student Eloise started her journey with us at Level 1 and progressed onto Levels 2 and 3. During her studies, she began work experience at the Michelin Star restaurant, The Pipe and Glass, where she flourished and now works full-time.
Let’s find the right course for you:
- Do you need to re-sit your GCSE English and/or Maths? Our T Level Transition course is a great course to prepare you for progression onto the Level 3 T Level in Catering and Hospitality.
- If you took GCSE Food Technology and have a grade of 4 or above in GSCE English and Maths, our Level 3 T Level in Catering and Hospitality course would be suitable.
- Are you new to catering and hospitality? Our Level 1 Catering and Hospitality course is a great way to kickstart your journey with us! You can then progress onto more specialised courses upon completion of the Level 1 qualification.
