What Will the Apprentice Be Doing?
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Accurately & efficiently pick pallets & parcels to prepare them for shipment
Ensure that all items are packaged in the correct area, ready to be checked and wrapped
Receiving and recording of deliveries of stock
Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and tidy
Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
What Training Will the Apprentice Take and What Qualification Will the Apprentice Get at the End?
The apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse
The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course
This is a monthly release programme, which means you will attend Lincoln/Newark College, 1 day per month, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours

Manual handling is an essential part of this position. Location is not on a public transport link will need to be able to make their own way to the site.
