Nicholson Motors are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Apprentice Automotive Maintenance Technician to join their team. You will work towards a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light Vehicle) apprenticeship standard.

£180.00 a week

Nicholson Motors are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Apprentice Automotive Maintenance Technician to join their team. You will work towards a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light Vehicle) apprenticeship standard.

Carry out vehicle servicing and all repairs including:

  • Diagnostics
  • Electrical work
  • Programming and coding
  • Wheel alignment
  • Air conditioning
  • Tyre fitting

Skills Required

Good communication skills

Excellent practical skills


Qualifications Required

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.


Personal Qualities Required

Presentable and punctual

Have a friendly professional manner and be enthusiastic

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to listen to and follow instructions

Ability to solve problems

The ability to concentrate for long periods of time

Initiative to follow through with tasks given
