The Drill is a not-for-profit arts and entertainment venue, which hosts live music, theatre, and community groups and weddings.
The Drill is a unique Grade II listed building that the Lincoln College Group has invested heavily in to restore it to its former glory as a much-loved and iconic local landmark.
Our production arts, performing arts and catering and hospitality students all conduct elements of their training in the Drill, as well as working in the venue during shows and events.
The Old Bakery Restaurant is an award-winning fine dining restaurant and guest house located in Lincoln's cathedral quarter and acts as a Lincoln College finishing school for our catering and front-of-house students, giving them the industry experience they need to launch their careers.
The restaurant is the only not-for-profit restaurant in the region, with no private owner or shareholders, every penny of profit goes back to our colleges in Lincoln and Newark to improve our education and training.
Aura is a stylish salon located in Lincoln City Centre and is where our Level 3 students and apprentices train and work alongside our expert stylists and technicians to hone their skills before entering the industry in their own right.
Working with clients in a live commercial environment helps our students develop their customer service skills and work to the highest standards for paying customers.
