Skills Bootcamps
Lincoln College, in collaboration with Boston College, is offering a 10-week training programme that is designed to support the development of your organisation's future leaders. The Emerging Leaders Programme will support succession planning activity by offering aspiring managers an opportunity to achieve the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership. The course is designed to enhance participants' leadership abilities, focusing on how leaders think, communicate, and act and equipping them with the essential skills for effective leadership. Additionally, participants will also complete the Extraordinary Leadership Programme, delivered by the leading local management consultancy, Human Alchemy.
