Applying is pretty easy and we'll keep you updates between now and when you start your course in September with regular emails and texts.
#1
about us
Check out our website (wait… you’re doing that now!) to see what courses we offer, you can apply straight away if you want to!
#2
open days
Look at the ‘Open Days’ section of the website to get dates of when you can come and see us. You can tour the campus, chat to the tutors and get careers advice here too.
#3
apply online
When you’ve decided on a course or apprenticeship, fill in your online application. On your application you’ll be asked to pick a date to come in for a Welcome Day. It’s really important that you do this.
#4
your invitation
When you’ve applied we’ll send you an invite to a Welcome Day. This is an informal visit to college to find out more and take part in a taster session.
#5
welcome day
On the day you’ll have a tour, chat to tutors and take part in a taster session. This is a chance to decide if you’ve made the right choice, but also to see our facilities. Your tutor will make you a conditional offer. The conditions will relate to your GCSE results.
#6
work hard
It’s now time to work hard and get the best results you can to meet your conditional offer.
#7
the application
In July we will email you a link to complete the final stage of your application. You’ll need to upload a picture of yourself and fill in some extra information that the Government asks us to collect.
#8
your results
When you get your GCSE exam results, you will need to attend your enrolment day at college so we can check you have met your entry requirements. If you haven’t met the entry requirements, don’t worry - you can talk to our Careers Team - they will help you enrol on a suitable alternative course.
#9
Enrolment day
After you have attended your enrolment and collected your Student ID card, we will confirm the start date and time of your course at college. You will also have your timetable and information about your first day provided.
