The role holder will be assisting in the day-to-day running of our main hub office in Gainsborough. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain experience in a fast paced and growing business with opportunities to be retained on a full time basis upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Assist in record keeping
- Drafting documents and emails based on business need
- Liaising with clients to ensure that their aims are met and expectations are managed
- Sending documents to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office
- Making authorised payments to vendors when requested
- Reviewing documents for post / international courier • Handling post and couriered documents for processing
- Scanning documents and securely retaining copies for internal records
- Arranging and facilitating meetings / appointments
- Ensuring internal compliance to regulatory standards under supervision and supervisor checks
- Completing forms and other documents where attention to detail is crucial
Skills Required
- Attention to detail
- Good level of English and maths
- Foreign language preferred but not required
- Attention to detail
- Be able to work effectively under pressure
- Communicate effectively both in-team and to external parties
Qualifications Required
GCSE or equivalent maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
Personal Qualities Required
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to take direction from more senior members of staff
- Good collaborative and team building skills
- Be a self-starter after being shown the task
- Be able to work effectively under pressure
- Good presentation in appearance (smart-casual)
- Act professionally with third parties and team members
