The award-winning International Bomber Command Centre is looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing operation. We are looking for someone to help work with our reception and office administration teams to help keep our busy operation running smoothly.

The IBCC is a busy operation. Our reception area is the first port of call for all our visitors and any groups which are booked in. Our events programme is exciting and varied and we attract a fantastic variety of people to the Centre. This role would provide a great opportunity to develop a career in the customer service or events industry.

You’ll need to be able to react to unplanned changes in a positive way and be willing to assist the team with any task need.

Key duties will include:

  • Welcoming customers and processing their admissions or enquiries
  • Dealing with any archive queries and directing them to the right departments
  • Assist the head of reception with any administration tasks needed
  • Support on stock checks and with stock replenishments.
  • There may be the opportunity at times to enhance your administration experience by supporting our events team at our head offices in Bourne.
