Applying is pretty easy and we'll keep you updates between now and when you start your course in September with regular emails and texts.

Find out about us

Take a good look around our website to reaseach the right course for you.

Once you're happy fill in the online application form.

If you need more information on a course email our Information Officers.

If you’re confused about which course to pick, you can book a free independent Careers Advice session with one of our team of experts. Email a member of our Careers Guidance Team here or call: 030 030 32435

Open Days

We recommend that all of applicants attend an open day.

They're a great opportunity to find our more about Lincoln College, meet our expert tutors and get the information you need to make the right choices for you.

It's also a chance to see our great food, leisure and study facilities.

Apply Online

When you’ve decided on a course  fill in your online application.

When you've applied we'll send you an invite to a Welcome Day.

This is an informal visit to college to find out more and take part in a taster lesson.

Welcome Day

Your Welcome Day is the perfect opportunity to make sure you've made the right choices.

On the day you’ll have a tour, chat to tutors and take part in a taster lesson.

This is a chance to decide if you've made the right choice, but also to see our facilities.

You will have a chat with your tutor to check you have applied for the right level of course. this is also a chance to ask questions.

Your tutor will make you a conditional offer. The conditions will relate to your GCSE results (if you're a school-leaver) or an audition or portfolio if you've applied for one of our creative courses.

You can accept your offer verbally on the spot.

Don't worry if you change your mind, we can always transfer you to another course.

Our main priority is to make sure you enrol on the right course at the right level so you get the most from your time at college.

Check your email

After this point we’ll communicate with you and your parent, guardian or nominated responsible adult via text and email so keep an eye out for these messages.

In July we will email you a link to complete the final stage of your application.

You'll need to upload a picture of yourself and fill in some extra information that the Government asks us to collect.

When you get your GCSE exam results we'll invite you in to college so we can check them and see if you have met your entry requirements.

If you have met your entry requirements and we have space available on your course, you'll be able to enrol (or sign-up) on the day.

You'll also get your timetable and information about your first day at college.

If you haven't met the entry requirements  - don't worry, you can talk to our Careers Team and they will help you to enrol on  suitable alternative course.
