Work Experience opportunities in local and national hospitality organisations may include Lincoln City FC, Doubletree Hilton Hotel, Lincoln Hotel, Wig and Mitre, Browns Pie Shop and The Drill.

During this course, you’ll learn:

Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality
Food and Beverage Service
Serving Food in a Food Service Area
You’ll need four GCSE's at Level Three or above including GCSE English and Maths (preferably at Level Three or above) with evidence of an interest and motivation in pursuing a career in hospitality and catering and the ability to cope within a professional kitchen environment and with dealing with customers.
Assessment: Assessment is a combination of practical assessments, assignments and short answer tests.
Progression: Success at Level One opens up a new opportunity at Level Two where you can specialise in your chosen pathway.
You’ll need workwear; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); and a professional knife set from our preferred supplier. You will need general stationery equipment and access to the internet; PCs are available on campus.
