Taking Teaching Further

Our colleges are populated by talented people who care deeply about improving the lives of others through education and training.

Taking Teaching Further

Ensuring that we can attract and retain talent with the right values and guiding behaviours is essential to be able to achieve our purpose and mission.

We are therefore proud to be a part of the Taking Teaching Further (TTF) programme, which is a national initiative to attract experienced industry professionals with expert technical knowledge and skills to work in Further Education.

If you'd like the chance to make a difference and pass on your skills and experience to young people who are eager to learn the trade from experts, then please contact us today.

Would you like to inspire the next generation and provide our students with the skills they need to unleash their full potential, whilst receiving the support to train in something new and work towards your own career goals and aspirations?
