This Gas Safety is an assessment for plumbers and gas engineers who are already registered with Gas Safe.
It is designed to test the gas safety competence of an operative to install, exchange, commission, disconnect, service, repair and breakdown of domestic gas cooking appliances by knowledge & understanding and practical assessments.
This is a refresher training & assessment course.
The assessment takes approximately four hours and is a combination of practical and theory work.
Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements to attend the course, however you must have access to gas work experience. You will be expected to take a pre-assessment test to check your suitability for the course.
Assessment & Progression
You will have theory and practical assessments and a short multiple choice exam.
What You Will Need To Bring
You will need workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will also need general stationery equipment.
