Lincoln College was delighted to host senior leaders from the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.

Lincoln College was delighted to host senior leaders from the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.

The charity bosses toured the Lincoln campus and received a donation from the College’s Pink Ribbon Charity, which supports local causes.

CEO Karen Jobling, Air Operations Manager Chris Bailey and Corporate Development Fundraiser Tanya Taylor all took part in the visit in which Lincoln College Group CEO Gary Headland explained the work of the College in the Community.

Mr Headland said: “This is an extremely important charity and it is run by such an impressive team of professionals, led by Karen Jobling, with a clear and compelling purpose.

“The team deal with some incredibly traumatic events and provide a capability across an enormous region that saves lives and quality of life for those involved in very serious incidents or health issues.

“I was delighted to share the work of the college and discuss how we might support each other moving forward.”

The Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance depends on over £4m of donations annually to keep the air ambulance operating around the clock.

If you lead a business in our region, why not make the Air Ambulance your company’s chosen charity for 2020.
