First-year Level 2 Hairdressing students had an exciting start to the day with a visit from industry giant Lee Stafford.
With a fascinating career journey to share with aspiring hairdressers, Stafford outlined the various career opportunities within TV, salons, product lines, and now Lee Stafford Education.
Since 2021, Lincoln College has been delivering its hairdressing curriculum through Lee Stafford Education. The framework enables students to learn award-winning techniques, connect with leaders in the hair industry, and become industry-ready.
Misha, a Level 2 Hairdressing student, said: “Today, we've had Lee Stafford visit the college, and we’ve been practicing the Twisted Tong technique. I think I’ve gotten quite good at it. It’s amazing that Lee came in to help us learn.”
Students were treated to a live demonstration from Stafford, during which he discussed career opportunities in hairdressing, answered their questions, and even distributed items from his product line. Afterward, students participated in an engaging ‘Twisted Tong’ technique workshop, with Stafford on hand to offer guidance.
