The new scheme builds on the Armed Forces Covenant Lincoln College Group signed last November, which pledges support and equal opportunities to all former armed service personnel.
This latest move means ex-forces personnel applying for positions across the group will now be guaranteed an interview, providing they meet basic criteria for selection.
Gary Headland, CEO Lincoln College Group, said: “Helping Forces personnel to resettle into Lincoln and Greater Lincolnshire is a strategic goal not only for Lincoln College but also for the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership.
“The College provides a wide range of roles in which ex-Forces personnel can continue to deploy the knowledge and skills they developed in the Armed Forces. Lincoln, and the wider region, is an awesome place to work, live and raise a family.”
