
A tempting lunch menu, delightful dishes and a host of cocktails are set to await diners as The Old Bakery launches an exclusive Feast & Fizz every Saturday from 12 noon to 3pm.
Director of Business Development & Partnerships at Lincoln College, which oversees the Old Bakery, Mark Taylor said: “Here at The Old Bakery, we’re all about reinvention and what better time to rethink our bottomless brunch than the arrival of Spring? We want our diners, old and new, to come and enjoy not only the best in local produce and gastronomic invention, but to sample our classic, tasty cocktails.
“Open for a maximum of 10 people. , at just £35 per person, it includes 90 minutes of unlimited cocktails or prosecco but also includes mocktails and soft drinks too. Diners can choose one course each from our lunch menu.
“To celebrate, everyone that books in to our first Saturday on March 15th gets entered into a prize draw to win a meal for 2 at The Old Bakery.
The Old Bakery’s current menu reflects the seasonality of local produce, as well as showcasing the best that Lincolnshire’s artisanal creators have to offer. Highlights include Lincolnshire Venison with Celeriac & Pickled Blackberry, Wild Mushroom & Truffle Risotto and Roasted Cod with Braised Ox Tail.
Mark adds: “Diners who want to come and experience our menu during March are also in for a treat as we are offering free starters or desserts for those who dine with us before the end of the month. The students who form our front of house team are really excited to deliver this exciting new offer.
“This is also a real chance to get acquainted with what we do here as a forward-thinking and innovative kitchen.”
