This certificate in understanding nutrition and health provides training in the principles of healthy eating and weight management, nutrition in the context of eating disorders and how to prepare food safely in a home environment.

The effects of diet are felt throughout the body, from the way we look to our mental health so knowing how to maintain a healthy diet is important.
