Your Chance to Learn More About Our Animal Management Degrees

Those interested in pursuing a fascinating career in Animal Management are being encouraged to attend a taster event taking place next week.

Those interested in pursuing a fascinating and enriching career in Animal Management (starting September 2025) are being encouraged to attend a taster event taking place next week at Lincoln College University Centre.

The recruitment event is running on Wednesday 2nd July at the Lincoln College campus and will feature a chance to get up close to some animals, visiting from Lincoln College’s partner organisation, White Post Farm, with both reptiles and small mammals on show.

As well as this, those interested in the FdSc/BSc (Hons) Applied Animal Management degree courses will also hear from Katie Curtis Hayes, who works at White Post Farm and has a degree in Zoology.

Course Lead for the Applied Animal Management degrees at Lincoln College University Centre, Elaine Campbell, said: “This is a great chance to hear from Katie as she speaks about the incredibly rewarding and exciting career paths you can take within the world of animal management.

“It’s also a unique opportunity to find out more about our degree courses as well as speak to some of our current students.

“I’d urge anyone who has an interest in working with animals of all shapes and sizes to come and visit, it should be an excellent event.”

Visitors are asked to register via Eventbrite, with the session starting at 5.30pm with coffee and cake, in the Deans Sports and Leisure Building, Lincoln College, room D201.
