What Will the Apprentice Be Doing?
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What You’ll Do at Work
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Reading pick list, picking products and delivering components to the workshop area
Reading drawing, assembling the products using standard ADR equipment and welding the components together
Preparing all the goods ready for shipment
What Training Will the Apprentice Take and What Qualification Will the Apprentice Get at the End?
The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in L2 Engineering operations (Welding and assembly)
The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course
This is a Day Release programme, which means you will attend Lincoln college 1 day a week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours

What is the Expected Career Progression After this Apprenticeship?
