The Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping provides an entry point for anyone wishing to start a career in accountancy or finance. It may also support career progression for those already in employment by formally recognising their skills in manual bookkeeping.

AAT does not set any prerequisites for the study of the AAT Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping. However, for the best chance of success, we recommend that you begin your studies with a good standard of English and Maths.
Assessment & Progression
There are two assessments (exams) you need to sit, one for each of the units in this course. The learning for the course is online, however these exams will need to be sat by attending Lincoln College once all learning has been completed. Date and time will be agreed with your online tutor.
This course offers progression for students who have started studying accountancy and level Three bookkeeping with AAT.

Course fees are £482 this includes the first sitting of each exam (resits will need to be paid for which are £65 each)
